Thrift Store Finds

For years I've read about folks and their thrift store finds from the Salvation Army, Goodwill and others. I always wondered how they knew they were getting something good. Then, on a lunch trip to a thrift store near my office, serendipity: two wing chairs in good condition for recovering for $5.99 each. If it's beginner's luck, I'll take it, and now I'm hooked!
